I’m Ikechi, a Lagos‑based software engineer at Writingmate where I help ship tools that make words work harder.

Weekends I run Fixr, a project that’s moved more than $1M to date and taught me more about product‑market fit, resilience, and customer trust than any textbook ever could.

I started programming very young and have been building software professionally for about a decade, including tours at Interswitch, Timeero, and a handful of other teams that sharpened my sense for scale, payments, and real‑world users.

I actually studied Banking & Finance – and graduated with honors – which probably explains why I obsess over the numbers behind every feature launch. I’m the first of five children, so negotiation and delegation came early; leadership followed.

Outside the glow of a screen (or a spirited debate about startups I’m quietly tracking), you’ll likely find me sitting in my car watching Lagos flow by – every passerby a dataset, every micro‑interaction a product insight. My dog, Blu, approves of the field research.
