ChatLabs

To cancel a subscription:

1. Go to https://labs.writingmate.ai.

2. Open the left sidebar.

3. Open your profile settings at the bottom.

4. Click the Manage Subscription button.

5. Click the Cancel Plan button.

6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Cancel Plan button in the next window.

Writingmate Chrome Extension

To cancel a subscription:

1. Open the Writingmate Extension in the Google Chrome browser. If you have deleted the app, install it from the Chrome Web Store.

2. Click on the User Profile icon in the bottom corner of the screen.

3. In the pop-up menu, click Billing.

4. Click the Cancel Plan button.

5. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Cancel Plan button in the next window.
