• Writingmate Chrome Extension: A copilot for Google Chrome powered by GPT-4

• ChatLabs: A web-based all-in-one platform with access to 30+ Pro AI models

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, make sure to cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will still have access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All payments made for subscriptions to our services are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.

Account Downgrades

If you don’t pay for your paid account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or reduce your access to the free version of our products.

Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a trial period for you to experience our services. If you cancel during the trial period, you will retain access to the trial features until the trial ends. Trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period, as shown on the payment screen before purchase. After the trial period ends, we do not provide refunds for any subscriptions or purchases made.
