AI writing tools are amazing in many things. They can write articles and social media posts, and do much more in seconds!  But, there's a catch. Sometimes, these tools create content that sounds like a robot wrote it. That isn't very pleasant! That's where paraphrasing tools come in. They help you make AI content sound more human. This is important if you want to avoid AI detection. Especially knowing that AI detection is getting more and more sophisticated as well.

Why is AI Detection a Problem?

Here are a few reasons why you don't want your content to be flagged as AI-generated:

• People want authentic content: Readers, search engines, and websites value content written by actual humans. AI content might seem less trustworthy. Especially when paired with low-quality publications and media (like AI-generated

• SEO penalties: Search engines are getting better at finding AI content. They might penalize your website if you use too much of it. At least, they say so. As of 2024, it often does not make as much of a difference, but the next point is, probably, the most important.

• Reputation matters: Using AI content without changing it can hurt your brand's reputation. People might think you're not being genuine. There is an importance to human factor. A human being can often understand whether the text was quickly generated by AI or was there some human effort made.

How Does AI Detection Work?

AI detection tools look for patterns in your writing that show a machine might write it.  Here are some things they look for:

• Predictable Language: AI often uses the same words and phrases over and over. It also likes to repeat certain words, for example, 'versatile'.

• Too Perfect: AI writing is often too grammatically correct. Humans make mistakes!

• Repetitive Structure: AI can get stuck using the same sentence structures.

The key is to use AI writing tools to help you, not to do all the work. They are an aid to you and your work, not a full replacement of it. And AI enables you to do that work in very different way, like if you had delegated it. The work suddenly becomes about giving instructions, enhancing the work, iterations and changes. You may add something like 'write in a style of…', or 'do not include sentences that are long and difficult to understand'. Bullet points can highlight key information or steps in a process, making it easy to scan and understand. Images, charts, and diagrams can visually complement your text, offering a break from reading and helping to illustrate complex concepts.

For example:

• Bullet Points:
