What You'll Do
- Own our TikTok presence end-to-end—strategy, execution, growth
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of 20+ UGC creators
- Develop content calendars optimized for algorithmic delivery
- Analyze performance data and double down on what works
- Stay obsessively ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with product to showcase new features creatively
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing TikTok or short-form video at scale
- Proven track record of growing accounts (show us the numbers)
- Deep understanding of algorithmic content distribution
- Experience managing creator relationships and UGC programs
- Strong creative instincts—you know what will hit before it hits
- Data-driven but not paralyzed by it
